Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dossier.ninja (the “Service”), including any mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

dossier.ninja is an AI-powered job intelligence platform operated by Velos Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service provides job matching, company research, interview preparation, and career analysis tools using artificial intelligence. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers auto-renewable monthly subscriptions and one-time credit purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation & refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Apple App Store: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Subscriptions on your device.

Google Play: Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Web (Stripe): Payment is processed by Stripe. Manage your subscription from the Billing page or the Stripe customer portal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its outputs
• Upload malicious content, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks connected to it

Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Velos Ventures LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content (resume, preferences, uploaded materials) remains yours.

AI-generated outputs (reports, briefings, analysis) are provided for your personal, non-commercial job-search use. We do not claim ownership of these outputs, but we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that any information provided by the Service is correct, current, or complete. You should independently verify important information before relying on it for career decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velos Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
