How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account, or by emailing us. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged incorrectly. What do I do?
Email us within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the amount in question. We’ll review and respond within 5 business days. See our Dispute Policy for details.
What happens to my resume data?
Your resume is processed by AI models to power your job matches and analysis. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do credits work?
Credits are used for on-demand features like company reports and interview dossiers. Credits are deducted after a successful operation, never before. They don’t expire as long as your subscription is active. Additional credit bundles can be purchased from the Billing page.
What is Fit Check?
Fit Check is an on-demand job fit scoring tool. Paste any job listing and get an instant AI-powered breakdown of how well you match — scored across skills, role alignment, culture, and location. It costs 3 credits per check.
How does the AI Resume Coach work?
The AI Resume Coach analyzes your resume against a specific job description and produces a fully tailored resume you can download as .docx or .txt. It includes targeted keyword suggestions, sharpened bullet points, and quantified achievements to help you get past ATS filters. It costs 10 credits per report.
What are Daily Job Briefings?
Daily Job Briefings are personalized AI-curated digests of job openings delivered every morning. Our AI scans thousands of live postings — on-site, hybrid, and remote — and surfaces the best matches based on your resume, skills, and preferences. Each listing includes a fit score so you can focus on roles where you have the strongest chance. Available on the All In One plan.
What are Company Intelligence Reports?
Company Intelligence Reports are AI-generated due diligence profiles on any employer. Each report covers funding trajectory, tech stack assessment, financial health signals, and growth indicators — sourced from live enrichment data. Use them to evaluate potential employers before applying or to prepare for interviews. Each report costs 5 credits.
What are Interview Dossiers?
Interview Dossiers are role-specific preparation guides built from your resume, the job description, the interview format, and the company’s public profile. They give you a clear picture of what to expect and how to position your experience for the specific role. Each dossier costs 10 credits.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — you can delete your account directly from the Profile page under the Danger Zone section. Deletion is immediate and permanent: all your data is removed, your subscription is cancelled with no pro-rated refund, and any unused credits are forfeited with no refund.
